How to Upgrade
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
- Click Upgrade on the Pro plan
- Complete payment via Paystack
- Your new plan activates immediately
Billing FAQ
When am I charged?
Pro subscription is billed monthly on the same date you first subscribed. Invoice packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel from Settings → Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Starter (free) plan. Your invoice balance is preserved.
What happens to my invoice balance if I downgrade?
Your invoice balance is preserved when you downgrade. Any purchased invoices never expire. You just lose access to premium features like voice invoices and team management.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first subscriptions. Contact support within 14 days of your first payment to request a refund.
